Free delivery in the UK

Items will be shipped via Royal mail tracked. Orders within the UK usually arrive 2 days after the date of dispatch. An upgrade to special delivery is available at the checkout if you would like a guaranteed next day delivery please use this.

Free international delivery
Jewellery and smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked. Bigger paintings will be shipped through courier service and usually takes between 4 to 6 days after dispatch.

All packages will be trackable.
And will remain the responsibility of us until safe arrival. In the event that a parcel goes missing every effort will be made to track it and a full refund offered if it is not found.
 

Paintings will generally ship within 2-3 days.

Jewellery are made specially to order and will take anywhere between 3 to 10 days.

So unless otherwise agreed, please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the date of your order, until your jewellery is dispatched for delivery. If you have an urgent need please let me know and I will try to make your deadline.

Cancellations are accepted if it is requested before the item has been dispatched.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return the item with a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

The customer pays for the return postage, unless the artwork or jewellery itself is at fault in which case of course I will pay.

We ask you to send it using a trackable service. Once a piece has been returned a full refund will be issued within 3 days.

All the paintings are shipped flat with the stretcher, never rolled up off the stretcher for protection of the paint and canvas. They are wrapped in a highly protective material and then protected with board. And all the paintings are ready to be hanged.

Smaller drawings and prints are mailed flat and protected in a rigid cardboard envelopes for extra protection. Large drawings and prints are shipped in a rigid tube.

Sculptures are wrapped in a highly protective material and then put in a box to unsure maximum protection.

And all the jewellery will be sent in a beautiful little gift box and a lovely ribbon in a protective padded envelope.
