Delivery Information
Free delivery in the UK
Items will be shipped via Royal mail tracked. Orders within the UK usually arrive 2 days after the date of dispatch. An upgrade to special delivery is available at the checkout if you would like a guaranteed next day delivery please use this.

Free international delivery
Jewellery and smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail tracked. Bigger paintings will be shipped through courier service and usually takes between 4 to 6 days after dispatch.
Dispatch time
For paintings that is usually within 3-4 days.
Jewellery is made to order so allow up to 1-2 weeks until your jewellery is dispatched for delivery from the date of your order, unless otherwise agreed or in the shop stated as 'already made'. In that case time of dispatched within 2-3 days. If you have an urgent need please let me know and I will try to make your deadline.
Returns & Refunds
There is a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return the item with a full refund.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
The customer pays for the return postage, unless the artwork or jewellery itself is at fault.
We ask you to send it using a trackable service. Once a piece has been returned a full refund will be issued within 3 days.
