Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Cancellations are accepted if it is requested before the item has been dispatched.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 


The customer pays for the return postage, unless the artwork or jewellery itself is at fault in which case of course we will pay. 


We ask you to send it using a trackable service. Once a piece has been returned a full refund will be issued within 3 days.


All the paintings are shipped flat with the stretcher and wrapped in a highly protective material and then protected. And all the paintings are ready to be hanged.


And all the jewellery will be sent in a beautiful little gift box and a lovely ribbon in a protective padded envelope.
